My Bankroll collects the following information to provide our service. • Account info: Name, email address, profile photo (via Google Sign-In) • Poker session data: Date, stakes, buy-in/profit, game type, platform, notes • Hand history: Poker hand text and sharing status • Bankroll transactions: Deposit and withdrawal records • Device info: Browser type, OS (for service optimization) • Usage analytics: Page visits, feature usage (Firebase Analytics)
We use collected information only for the following purposes. • Service delivery: Session tracking, stats analysis, bankroll coaching • Account management: Authentication and data sync • Service improvement: UX improvements based on feature usage patterns • Payment processing: Stripe handles subscriptions for paid plans
We use the following third-party services to operate My Bankroll. • Firebase (Google): Authentication, data storage, analytics. Privacy Policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy • Stripe: Payment processing. Card details are never stored on My Bankroll servers. Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy • Google Analytics: Service usage statistics
• Deleting your account immediately removes all personal data (sessions, hands, bankroll records). • Publicly shared hands are deleted upon request. • Payment records are retained for the minimum period required by law, then deleted.
My Bankroll uses browser local storage to maintain login state, language settings, and app preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
My Bankroll is not intended for users under 18 years of age. If we become aware that a minor's information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
