My Bankroll (mybankroll.poker) is a poker session tracking, bankroll management, and statistics analysis service. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. • You must use the service only in jurisdictions where poker is legally permitted. • You may not use another person's account or access the service through automated means.
• Free plan: Basic session logging and bankroll tracking at no cost. • Plus/Pro plans: Offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis, processed via Stripe. • You may cancel your subscription at any time up to 24 hours before the next renewal date. • Refunds are not provided for unused periods. Exceptions may apply in case of service errors.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. • You may not use the service for any illegal purpose. • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. • You may not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
My Bankroll may modify or temporarily suspend service features without prior notice. In the event of service termination, we will provide at least 30 days' notice, and paid subscribers will receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.
My Bankroll is not liable for the following. • Poker losses resulting from use of this service • Data loss (except where caused by our negligence) • Service interruptions due to third-party services (Stripe, Firebase, etc.) • The accuracy of statistics and analysis results (provided for reference only)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
We will notify users of changes to these Terms via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
